What is this?

An individual works with a Turn Around Coach privately on health issues and needs such as:

chronic gut inflammation: constipation, acid reflux, Irritable Bowel Syndrome,...
chronic fatigue syndrome: sluggish metabolism, stress, skin rashes,....
chronic aches & pains: muscle & joint pains, osteopenia, osteoarthritis,...
chronic migraines & headaches, insomnia
chronic sinusitis & rhinitis
weight gain / weight loss issues

How does this work?

Step 1 - Complete & submit a Turn Around Nutrition & Lifestyle Assessment

Step 2 - First Consult (90 min.) to review Nutrition & Lifestyle Assessment, set goals, sign Turn Around Program Contract, make payment, receive program schedule

Step 3 - Begin 12 session customized Turn Around Program per program schedule provided during first consult. Each session is 60 min and can be conducted in-person or by phone. Weekly email, podcast & texting support.

Lab testing as necessary to establish baseline (Metametrix Labs)
Periodic non-invasive biometric measurements to track progress against set goals throughout program
