Aditi Paul is the Founder & President of Turn Around Ventures LLC.  Aditi consults with clients on professional and personal goal setting, quality of life improvement and lifestyle management. She provides private Executive one-on-one coaching, public seminars and workshops, and facilitates  group discussions that promote nutrition literacy.

In addition, Aditi creates nutrition education resources and lifestyle coaching programs - the Turn Around Program (TAP) - aimed at educating professionals, their families, and the corporations where they work and congregate on preventative health measures. Areas of focus are eating wisely for gut health, eating wisely for liver health, and eating wisely for hormone balance.

Aditi's credentials include a M.Sc. (honors) in Chemistry with a concentration in Rice Husk Zeolites Used As Biochemical Membranes from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and a M.S. in Ceramic Engineering with a concentration in Glass Science - Spectroscopic Analysis of Calcium Phosphate Glasses Used In Bone Prostheses, from Alfred University, NY. She won the prestigious Coblentz Award for outstanding research in the field of UV & Raman Spectroscopy in 1995 and has authored and presented scientific and technical papers on her work at national symposiums. Aditi received her nutrition and counseling training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, NYC.

Aditi is Board Certified in Holistic Health Counseling by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). She is also a Certified First Line Therapy Lifestyle Educator through Metagenics, and partners with MDs in the North-Eastern US to coach patients through a therapeutic lifestyle program to alleviate chronic disease, manage weight and reduce stress.

While a Senior Engineer and International Technology Transfer Leader with Corning Inc., Aditi served as the youngest Co-Chair of the Telecommunications Industries Association Working Group on Fiber & Cable Reliability. Taking a decisive step to transition over from a successful and rewarding high-tech career to the wellness sector, she has held Strategic Marketing Director and Business Development Director positions at the Day Spa Association (DSA), the International Medical Spa Association (IMSA) and other NY spas and naturopathic health provider offices focused on educating doctors and patients on plant stem cell therapy.

Aditi is an active member of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) and Turn Around Ventures is a member in good-standing with the Wellness Councils Of America (WELCOA).

Aditi is  a motivational speaker, green lifestyle coach and nutrition educator. She is available for small and large group lectures, seminars and conferences. With over a decade of corporate and organizational leadership experience, she understands and addresses the needs of employees and the role of stress and health in their lives.
